Weather Emergencies

The safety of Participants, faculty, patients, and staff is a priority for KADI Institute.

Severe weather or other emergency conditions may occasionally require changes to a Program schedule, location, format, or date.

Program Updates

When a material change is necessary, KADI Institute will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Participants using the contact information associated with their enrollment.

Participants should monitor their email, phone, and other KADI communications before traveling to or attending a Program during severe weather conditions.

Travel Arrangements

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and for evaluating whether it is safe and appropriate to travel.

KADI Institute is not responsible for airline changes, transportation disruptions, accommodation expenses, or other personal travel costs except where expressly agreed otherwise.

Rescheduling

If a Program must be postponed or modified due to severe weather or circumstances beyond KADI Institute's reasonable control, KADI will determine the appropriate alternative arrangements based on the circumstances, Program type, availability, and applicable policies.
