Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 2026
1. General Policy
Except where otherwise expressly stated by KADI Institute or required by applicable law, payments for courses, Mini-Residencies, Tracks, Live Patient Programs, workshops, and other educational Programs are final and non-refundable.
2. Mini-Residencies and Multi-Course Programs
Enrollment in a Mini-Residency, Track, or bundled Program is considered enrollment in a single educational Program even when training takes place across multiple modules or dates.
Missing or withdrawing from one or more modules does not automatically create a right to a partial or prorated refund.
3. Rescheduling for Non-Live Patient Programs
If a Participant is unable to attend a non-live patient Program, KADI Institute may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time rescheduling opportunity or Program credit.
Any accommodation is subject to availability, advance notice, Program eligibility, and payment of any applicable price difference.
Rescheduling is a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
4. Live Patient Programs
Enrollment in Live Patient Programs is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Live Patient Programs require advance patient selection, clinical scheduling, faculty allocation, facility preparation, materials, instruments, and other commitments that are made based on confirmed enrollment.
Failure to attend may therefore result in full forfeiture of tuition and fees.
5. No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend without prior notice may be considered no-shows and may lose any discretionary right to reschedule or receive Program credit.
Late arrival, early departure, or incomplete participation may also affect eligibility for CE credits or certification.
6. Changes or Cancellation by KADI Institute
KADI Institute may modify faculty, content, schedules, dates, locations, or delivery formats when reasonably necessary.
If KADI cancels or materially reschedules a Program, KADI will determine the appropriate available remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
7. Force Majeure
KADI Institute is not responsible for delays, postponements, or modifications caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, government actions, transportation disruptions, or similar circumstances.
8. Payment Disputes
Participants are encouraged to contact KADI Institute before initiating a payment dispute so that any billing or enrollment issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
Nothing in this Policy limits legitimate rights available under applicable law or payment network rules.
