GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
By completing the online registration, payment, or enrollment for any course, mini-residency, track, or live patient program (the “Program”) organized by KADI Institute (“KADI”), the participant (“Participant”) enters into a legally binding agreement with KADI Institute.
By registering, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”).
2. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
KADI Institute provides continuing education programs that may include concepts, techniques, or philosophies that differ from traditional university-based or postdoctoral training programs.
Some material presented may be experimental or controversial in nature. Participation does not imply endorsement of any specific product, technique, or philosophy.
All content must be evaluated using the Participant’s own professional judgment and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. KADI Institute assumes no responsibility for how such information is applied in clinical practice.
3. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
KADI Institute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Modify program content
Change faculty or speakers
Adjust schedules, locations, or formats
Limit enrollment
Postpone or cancel any Program
Such changes may occur without prior notice.
KADI Institute shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from such modifications.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Registration is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment through authorized payment methods.
All Programs have limited capacity
A Participant’s seat is reserved upon payment
Once payment is processed, the seat is removed from availability
KADI Institute reserves the right to deny access to any Participant with incomplete or pending payment.
5. CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY
5.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
All payments made to KADI Institute are:
Non-refundable
Non-reversible
This applies to all courses, mini-residencies, tracks, and live patient programs.
5.2 LIVE PATIENT PROGRAMS (STRICT POLICY)
Enrollment in any Live Patient Program is:
Final
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
No exceptions will be granted under any circumstances.
Failure to attend results in full forfeiture of tuition.
5.3 COURSE ATTENDANCE & RESCHEDULING POLICY
All Programs are non-transferable to other individuals.
If a Participant is unable to attend a scheduled Program, KADI Institute may, at its sole discretion, allow the Participant to:
Attend the same Program in a future edition (typically within the following calendar year), or
Apply the value toward a different Program
This option is:
Subject to availability
Not guaranteed
Limited to a one-time rescheduling
May require payment of any price difference
Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of this option.
5.4 NO-SHOW POLICY
Participants who:
Fail to attend
Arrive late
Leave early
Will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or guaranteed rescheduling.
6. PAYMENT PLANS
Where applicable:
A non-refundable application or initial fee may be required
Remaining balances must be paid according to agreed terms
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Denial of Program access
Loss of reserved seat
7. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
By enrolling, the Participant agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting KADI Institute in good faith to resolve the matter.
Any chargeback or dispute initiated without prior communication will be considered a breach of this Agreement. The Participant agrees to be responsible for:
All associated fees
Administrative costs
Legal expenses incurred by KADI Institute
8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KADI Institute, its faculty, staff, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Direct or indirect damages
Loss of income or profits
Clinical outcomes
Business losses
Personal injury (except where required by law)
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
KADI Institute shall not be held liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Government actions
Travel restrictions
War or civil unrest
Severe weather conditions
KADI Institute may reschedule or modify the Program at its discretion. No refunds will be issued.
10. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
KADI Institute collects and processes personal data for:
Registration
Program logistics
Communication
Certification
Data may be shared with third parties involved in Program operations only when necessary.
All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11. MEDIA RELEASE
KADI Institute may conduct photography and video recording during Programs for:
Educational
Marketing
Promotional purposes
By attending, the Participant grants KADI Institute the right to use their image and likeness without compensation or further notice.
Unauthorized recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.
12. INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance.
Participants are strongly advised to obtain their own insurance covering:
Travel
Medical expenses
Cancellation
Personal property
KADI Institute assumes no responsibility for uninsured losses.
13. ATTENDANCE & CERTIFICATION
Certificates, diplomas, and continuing education credits (including AGD where applicable) will only be issued to Participants who:
Attend the Program
Meet all course requirements
KADI Institute reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. ACCEPTANCE
