Exam
- Perform modern aesthetic crown lengthening step by step
- Practice palatal and tuberosity graft harvesting techniques
- Refine advanced suturing and flap management skills
- Learn how to use growth factors to enhance healing and patient comfort
- Train in microsurgical techniques using realistic models
COURSE OUTLINE
1. Diagnosis and soft tissue classification
2. Grafting techniques and biologic agents
3. Flap design, suturing, and crown lengthening
4. Decision-making and minimally invasive techniques
Course objective
1. Diagnose and classify various soft tissue defects associated with natural teeth and dental implants. Understand the impact of the phenotype on the etiology of the condition and the success of surgical interventions.
2. Differentiate between palatal strip grafts, connective tissue grafts, and soft tissue substitutes. Select appropriate grafting techniques based on individual cases.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in performing split-thickness and full-thickness flaps. Apply suitable suturing materials and techniques and conduct surgical crown lengthening procedures effectively and esthetically.
4. Make informed clinical decisions for optimal soft tissue grafting outcomes. Implement minimally invasive approaches and novel biomaterials for improved soft tissue management.
Take the next step in your implant career.
