Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited group size, advanced patient scheduling, and logistical coordination required for live surgical programs, all payments for the Live Patient Implant Training are non-refundable.

Each participant is assigned real patients, clinical time, and pre-planned materials — which cannot be reassigned on short notice.

If an emergency arises, we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule for a future session, based on availability, but refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding — this policy ensures the highest quality experience for every participant and patient involved.
